This is now one of my all time favourite cakes and I absolutely loved making it. I love how bright it is. I made it for Erin who was turning 8 and absolutely loves Marvel and DC superheroes. Her main requests were The Hulk, Spiderman and Batman which I incorporated and I also managed to sneak in Captain America. Her name was done in similar writing to the Marvel logo.
