This bright and colourful cake is based on a design by Sweetlou. Jay is a huge fan of Sonic the Hedgehog and wanted that reflected in his cake. Absolutely everything on the cake is edible.

This is now my all time favourite cake that I have made. It was made for a very special 9 year old boy who is always playing Mario Kart with his dad. The look on his dads face alone when he saw it was worth all the hours I put in. I loved all the bright colours on the cake and think I managed to get Marios likeness pretty well. Let me know what you think of my favourite cake.
