One of my all time favourite cakes to make. This is a purple version of Willy Wonka’s hat. Absolutely everything on this cake is edible including the golden ticket in the side of the hat. I handmade some mint chocolate slabs and the gobs topper, sweets and lollies are all made from fondant.

This is another cake made for my cousins son Kye, celebrating his 6th birthday. He is a huge fan of the Power Rangers with the red one being his favourite. I added edible glaze to the finished product to make it nice and shiny.
