One of my all time favourite cakes as it was made for my best friends engagement party. The two tier cake is bright and colourful and as Pauline’s favourite colour is purple I incorporated lilac and purple. I also added in some silver to tie in with the sparkly initial letters on top and the edible diamonds on the cake board.

This is one of my favourite cakes so far. A classy and elegant ivory and silver engagement cake with a handmade edible engagement ring on top. My Customer had seen a similar white a gold version of this cake online and with a few changes and adjustments this is my version. She was over the moon with it and I really liked how it turned out.

I loved the finished look of this cake. The Customer wanted a white heart shaped cake with black and silver hearts and an edible white bow. This is the outcome and the Customer was delighted with it.

A bottle of Dom Perignon champagne for my friends engagement party. I customised the label with Lorna and Scott’s name and added the year that they met. Everything on the cake is edible including the ” you’re engaged” tag.
