I was asked to make a cake that resembled a Pizza and this is the result. A chocolate chip sponge with double chocolate buttercream filling. The pepperoni, cheese and peppers are all made from fondant and I added in a side order of chips made from yellow fondant. I loved the end result of this cake and the Customer did too thankfully.
