This is now my all time favourite cake that I have made. It was made for a very special 9 year old boy who is always playing Mario Kart with his dad. The look on his dads face alone when he saw it was worth all the hours I put in. I loved all the bright colours on the cake and think I managed to get Marios likeness pretty well.
