A beautiful tiered Buttercream Wedding cake delivered to West on the Green yesterday. The sponges are a mixture of Chocolate and Vanilla and the Roses were provided by local florist Flower Vogue.

I absolutely loved making this cake for Blair’s 18th. He is a size 13 in a shoe so it had to be a pretty big Doc Marten. Also included on the cake board are some of his favourite things including a mirror, hair gel, electric guitar, an Arctic Monkeys vinyl and the Ted Baker logo.

A bright, colourful and very fun to make Toy Story cake for Harry’s 2nd Birthday. The bottom tier replicates Woody and the top tier Buzz Lightyear.

Two of this weekends Wedding cakes. The first is a mix of Lemon and Vanilla sponges and Buttercream. The second is all Vanilla with piped Buttercream roses.
